During the year of 2004, the birth of TLM Construction occured within our family on the south side of Chicago. During the early years of our company, we valued renneovating parts of the home assigned by our customers. We continued to conduct our projects not only with desired modernity but with high quality, details, and designs that will benefits the customer and last a life time. 19 years later, with extended growth within categories of our projects such as residential and commercial.
